Dangerous and Sexy
When you enter into a charged situation, roll + Hot. On a 10+, hold 2. On a 7-9, hold 1. Spend your hold 1 for 1 to make eye contact with an NPC present, who freezes or flinches and can’t take action until you break it off. On a miss, your enemies identify you immediately as their foremost threat.
When you go aggro on an NPC, roll + Cool instead of roll + Hard. When you go aggro on another player’s character, roll + Hx instead of roll + Hard.
The way you move unencumbered counts as armor. If you’re naked or nearly naked, 2-armor; if you’re wearing non-armor fashion, 1-armor. If you’re wearing armor, use it instead.
You have a medkit and the knowledge to use it effectively. When you can tend to an injured colleague, roll + Sharp. On a 10+, heal 2 segments. On a 7-9, heal 1 segment. On a miss, something goes awry.

Born 2438 on Tau Ceti V, within the Umbral Empire.
The Malenz house is one of many smaller houses; it’s soldiers are noted for their protection tactics and training. Although born of a mother, she was raised in creche with many siblings.
Like many of her clan, she was taken at an early age for training with weapons. In this she excelled, and in the art of battlefield medicine.
Her first assignment carried her into the Palace of the Emperor. Her beauty and skill made her a pleasant accessory for a high noble (Eru Toshugawa) and she was soon seduced by the mans charms. Unfortunately, during a tryst, an assassin took her clients life and nearly hers. Knowing the truth would get her killed, she caught a tramp freighter (the Bad Penny)out of Empire and into Confed space. Her cash running low, she’s been forced to serve upon a ship as a medic, a role to which she is aptly suited. To her surprise, she kind of likes it.
Kite cares about personal honor. The blemish of her failure to protect Eru has left her occasionally uncertain and overprotective. Over time she has come to realize their dalliance what just that. Kite would die for a friend or a good cause, but she’s hoping that day is far away. Despite her spartan upbringing (or perhaps because of it) she’s discovering a real taste for the high life: luxury clothes and food, jewelry and expensive concerts.
